Tennies Application Form 2019

Tennies: Visual Arts and Photography Masterclass, Term 4 2019

Dates: Term 4: Saturdays 2 November – 7 December, 2019 (6 weeks)

Time: 9am – 3pm daily
Cost: Free

Important Information:

Before you apply, please note the following and discuss with your parent/carer.

The program is open to Year 10 and Year 11 students. Year 9 and year 12 students will be considered, but please contact us before applying. A schedule with times and program details will be provided prior to the commencement of the program.

It is important that each student can commit to the entire program.

This program will include off-site visit(s). Students will meet at Campbelltown Arts Centre (1 Art Gallery Road Campbelltown) and travel by public transport or coach.

The off-site program will be supervised by the Program Educator and supporting staff, and all transport will be free of charge to students.

Process:

  1. Please fill in the below application by Wednesday 23 October, 2019.
  2. Limited places available, so please apply early to avoid missing out.
  3. C-A-C will read each application and select up to 15 students to participate.
  4. C-A-C will contact you and your parent/carer on or before Monday 28 October to let you know whether you have been selected for this program.
  5. C-A-C will send you a schedule with program times and details.
  6. C-A-C will send your parent/carer a form for any medical needs, photo permissions and to clarify our supervision as part of this program. You will need to bring a signed copy of this paperwork on your first day of the program.

Dietary requirements

  • Recordings and images from this program may be edited and used to publicise and promote Campbelltown Arts Centre, or as part of reporting requirements for funding.
  • Such use includes the display, distribution, publication, transmission, or otherwise use of photographs, images, and/or video taken of participants (including Your Child) for use in materials that include, but may not be limited to, printed materials such as brochures and newsletters, videos, and digital images such as those on the Campbelltown City Council and Campbelltown Arts Centre website.
  • This permission applies to workshops, performances and other activities conducted by C-A-C. I acknowledge that if at any stage I no longer wish for My Child’s images to be used, I will notify the Arts Centre in writing via email to artscentre@campbelltown.nsw.gov.au
