Education
Campbelltown Arts Centre aims to provide a vibrant, multi-disciplinary education program.
Programs are designed to nurture creativity and enjoyment of the arts, enrich audience engagement with contemporary artistic practice, enable equal participation and contribution to the arts and facilitate equal access to extraordinary artistic experiences. Our diverse workshops and excursion opportunities are available throughout the year for schools and young people, as well as community groups, service providers and private organisations. Programs are designed in line with the age and interests of participants, with coordinators and teachers warmly invited to collaborate on education program development.
Our school education programs provide multiple ways for young people to engage with practicing artists, including artists in residence who will be working on site or living at Campbelltown Arts Centre at various times each year. See artistic programs pages for details on current artists in residence, including opportunities for your students to meet, work with or be mentored by these artists.
